  1. Use of the Latlong Service is open to all, subject to acceptance if you agree to all of these Terms of Use.
  2. You recognize that this is a free service, and is an Ad-supported service.
  3. All information and material displayed and generated by this website is owned by / collated by us (ONZE Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd). By using this website we do not transfer any rights to you.
  4. The Latlong SMS service attempts to provide you some information that may assist you making decisions during certain circumstances when traveling within a city.
  5. Your use of the Service is permitted only for non-commercial purposes.
  6. We do not provide any warranty on accuracy of the data sent to you by us. Although due care is being taken to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data, we do not guarantee or warranty, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, in relation to the condition, suitability, accuracy and/or reliability of any of the data sent by us to you.
  7. We will not be held liable if you suffer any damage caused directly or indrectly when by using the information provided by us.
  8. Information you send to us, including feedback, on this website or via email or via SMS would become our property.
  9. Latlong is an Ad supported service.
